This is the corner stone from the Chinese Mission Church and is a donation to the Delta State University Archives. It is now standing in the front garden outside of the Charles W. Capps, Jr. Archives & Museum Building on the campus of Delta State University. Please stop by anytime to see it.
Emily,
I remember this corner stone very well--attending the Chinese Mission School in the forties. My dad, Henry Joe was one of the founders of the school. Planning to attend my Boyle School reunion in October and will drop by to view the corner stone. Again, thanks for all your efforts on the Museum Project.
